Very Good in an about Very Good jacket, unclipped ($4.75), generally rubbed and lightly soiled, chips at the top edge. Black cloth, rubbed at the bottom edge, pushed at the top-right corner. Square, bound with some reading wear, yellow top stain, some light marginalia. Eliot's own selection of what he deems his best prose since 1917. This new edition features four new essays: "In Memoriam," Religion and Literature," "Modern Education and the Classics," and "The Pensees of Pascal.
