Folio, 20 x 15 inches. 10 leaves of text and 12 colored aquatint plates, exquisitely reproducing works by Samuel Prout, William Collins, John Smith, Francis Nicholson, and Robert Hills. Original boards, paper label, spine worn, plates and text in fine condition. Reissue dated 1828 (the work was originally published 1825), the six additional plates and ten text leaves sometimes included in the reissue are not present. Abbey, Life 198; Tooley 100, 101.
