About This Item

Routledge & Kegan Paul, 1980. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good in Very Good DJ. First edition, very good + hardcover shows some mild shelf wear and previous owner bookplate at front paste down, along with bit of soil to couple pages at interior, in very good + dust jacket (price at flap) that shows light edge wear including wrinkling at bottom portion of rear panel. 240 pages nicely illustrated in black & white. Still a good looking copy of this work that "..has drawn a picture of life in a squire's household from the early eighteenth century until the present day.
