Green buckram with printed color paper labels. Nicely illustrated with drawings, maps and photos. First Edition, First Printing.. A 'literary adventure-biography' relating world travels and the author's life. Finger was part of the literary circle that included Bernard Shaw, Cunningham Grahame and their group of young social philosophers.
Before beginning an adventure in Patagonia and Africa. The epitaph on Finger's gravestone is 'This voyage done, set sail and steer once more to further landfall on some nobler shore.'
