Seeley & Co, 1886 hb no d/w, brown cloth boards with gilt titles to spine and a gilt decoration to the front cover, corners and head and foot of spine bumped and rubbed, there is a small tear at the top of the spine, spine and parts of the covers are faded, pages tanned with age, there is some spotting to the preliminary pages, the binding is cracked at the front pastedown but the binding is secure, reading copy only [Box 7]
