Corners have some open wear/bumping. Covers also have some sun fading and smudgies. Text is quite clean/tight however there is a bit of foxing throughout. Front hinge has some old dried glue spillover from bindery. Sometime a previous owner separated 2 pages glued together at spine and pulled apart some of the spine. Does not affect text which is still quite clean/tight. Each song comes with a full page plate b/w illustration and explanation. Each song can be played on piano and is 2 to 3 lines. The explanation and illustration are given o that the reader can appreciate, feel and understand the music.
