Octavo, 23, [1] pp. Stabbed and sewn in original plain blue wrappers. Some expected foxing, front wrapper with a small v chip to fore-edge, lower corner folded up a bit. Overall, a very good copy.An early American foray into botanical medicine. First page with a woodcut illustration of Pleurisy Root. This book is entirely composed of named plants and the benefits that can be derived therefrom.
