Vivid and frank biography which draws on a vast amount of private and unpublished material, poems, diaries, letters and photographs. 600pp with index, illustrated with 53 black and white photographs. Gilt lettering to spine. Slight creasing and bumping to spine and tiny mark to lower edges, otherwise very good copy with no inscriptions. Unclipped DJ has slight edge and surface wear, some fading to spine and 2" knife cut to rear panel (barely visible), otherwise good. HEAVY BOOK, extra postage may be required for Air Mail shipping..
