1931, Signed, Stated First Edition, First Issue with error on page 199, Hardcover with Price clipped dust jacket, "John Mistletoe" by Christopher Morley. Signed by Christopher Morley on the first free endpaper. No other writing. Clean pages. Square binding. Clean page block. The dust jacket is protected in a new Demco mylar. Small area of loss to the heel of the spine of the dust jacket. There is a previous owners book plate on the inside front board. Lower page block has a bump to the lower corner. This came from the estate of a Morley collector. we have another title from this estate on at this time.
