Hardback, 1942, fourth edition, illustrated, published by Methuen & Co. Ltd., London, 90 pages + xiv + 16 plates.
Measures around 7 1/2" by 5" by 3/8". No dust jacket. Pale yellow/cream cloth binding, green Chinese characters to front board, green English lettering to spine. Discolouration to spine and rear board edges. A little scuffing and marking but quite clean. Small signs of shelf-wear, bumped corners. Binding reasonably firm though some slackness and a small tear at top of front inner hinge. Front free endpaper appears to have been removed. Page edges a little marked, slightly foxed and scuffed. Occasional foxing to page surfaces but mostly to endpapers. Otherwise page surfaces clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
