Being a full and careful annotation of the Divsion Courts Act, 1880 after the manner of SincliairsDivision Courts Act, with directions and instructions to clerks and baliffs on question most frequently arising..... Author was a judge of the county court of the county of Wentworth A Assisted by E.E. Wade, Esq. Printed by Hart& Rawlinson, 5 King Street West Toronto.. Dedicated to the Honourable Oiver Mowat A.G.of the Province of Ontario. Old clipping pasted in on page 3 re the jurisdiction of Division courts, Note written in ink on page 31 saying "see ammendment of 1885" Some browning inside fromt cover and name of prev owner. Some edgewear and cornors worn. Pasted on spine title chipped.
