Prospect NY: Prospect Books, 1965. Cloth. Good/Near Fine. Fiction of Welsh who settled in Steuben Hills near Utica, New York during the late 18th Century. Story set in early 1800's. Signed on title page by author, "Howard Thomas." Ink note on first front end paper. Green cloth badly stained to blue and yellow on front--treated, gilt very good on spine. DJ beneath mylar, light blue background with detailed illustration of young man on hill overlooking a farm, lettering in red on front and spine, list of Upstate New York books on back, little wear inside DJ from front cover's stain, back very lightly soiled at edges. Near Fine DJ/Near Good book.
