First edition hardcover with dust jacket. Published by Doubleday, 1978. The dust jacket is intact and is not price clipped. It has been protected with a clear, removable, library quality cover. This is not a remainder, not a library discard. No former ownership marks, no writing on the text. 229 pages, 5-1/2" X 8-3/4", light mustard brown colored boards over olive green cloth covered spine. The boards are clean with no edge wear and the corners are not bumped. This is the eighth of the Quiller series, in which Quiller is tasked with finding a downed Russian jet on the Sino-Soviet border. Cover illustration by William Maughan. A couple of very minor nick marks to the edge of the dust jacket is the extent of wear. We have more by Adam Hall listed too. The attached photo is of the copy we have in our inventory, not a stock photo.
