About This Item

London: Routledge, Warne, and Routledge, 1864. First printing. Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo, publisher's beveled blue cloth, nicely gilt decorated, very good, light rubbing and wear to binding, contents very good, some foxing throughout; verso of flyleaf has mounted to it a real photo postcard from ca. 1900 of St. Mary's, Pulborough, but we're unsure what the connection is between photo and book. Humorous poems, owing something to the Quixotian tradition of the befuddled knight.
