The Cresset Press, 1956. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 1956. Second Impression. 407 pages. Laminated dust jacket over green cloth with gilt. Black and white photographic plates throughout and similar frontispiece. Pages bright and clean with some tanning and foxing, particularly to textblock edges and endpapers. Pen annotations to front free endpaper and ex libris plate to front pastedown. Binding remains firm. Minor corner fraying and edge wear to boards and spine mildly crushed and frayed top and bottom. Spine tanned. Surfaces with some small marks and hole in back board. Unclipped jacket has light edge wear with minor tears and chipping, some foxing and marking. A tape repair to spine which is sunned.
