London: William Kimber, 1980 Copy in blue cloth on boards with bright gitl title on spine. Jacket is tidy though slight sunning to title on spine. "SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR." iNSCRIBED TO DERYCK GROOCOCK OF 194 SQADRON RAF. This inscription was signed at the 194 SQN reunion on the 7th March 1981. Ths remarkable thing about this copy is that it also inscribed on the half title page by fellow pilots of 194 including Bird-Wilson, Stephens, Kelly, Bowlding and several others. A fascinating piece of RAF History and a tribute to a legendary fighter pilot.
