Canada: Sono Nis Press, 1994. The dust jacket is rubbed with faded edges, bumped corners and spine ends that are creased and wrinkled. There are creases that are faded also, and a few scratches here and there. The hard cover has gently bumped corners and spine ends. There are a few small dents near the front top corner. The text block is as new.
