Good +. ,Really pretty book .On the interior cover it says first edition this is a oversize- coffee table heavy book - wonderful color photography - very expensive to produce it is hardcover and it has a glassine dust jacket which has some wear -protect the book itself which has a cloth white cover with a blue leatherette binding on the edge the titling is stamped in gold and it has one of those cute little ribbons for keeping your place -couple of foldout pictorial pieces it's really in wonderful shape. There is a bookplate is unwritten in on the interior cover... It was published in 1987 by the Smithsonian Institute Aerospace designs-because of their need to be aerodynamic can be useful in designing other products.. An account of the history of flight, chronicling the rapid evolution of aviation technology, from the Wright Flyer of 1903 to Paul MacCready's "Gossamer Condor", from the first balloons and gliders to Concorde.
