Very Good/Very Good. 4to, pp423, complete with 76 colour plates , 43 b/w photographs, 9 sets of drawings showing skull structure and 43 line drawings by the author. Hardcover in dust jacket and slipcase, brown card slipcase in good condition with some marks and rubbing. Pictorial DJ in very good condition with a little rubbing to edges and tips and small tear to bottom edge of back cover. Brown cloth binding with gilt letter to spine in very good condition with a previous water damage to spine. Inside, previous owners book plate of Peter Tate to front paste down, all pages in near fine condition. A very good copy
