Gift inscription on front endpaper dated 1936, otherwise unmarked clean and solid copy. Brown cloth cover with picture of person standing between columns with bird on one side, cat on the other and what looks like snake like figure with heads on each side below, same illustration in color on dust jacket. Dust jacket shows normal wear with moderate soiling from shelfwear and handling. Price on flap $2.00. No copyright date that I can find but as for inscription date mid 1930s..
