Originally published in 1853 in London. New introduction by Hugh A. Dempsey. Author was the leader of a British government expedition to explore the area between the Red River and Rocky Mountains and from the North Saskatchewan River to the American border. Light green full cloth boards, 326 pages. Top edges of boards lightly sunned, faint abrasion to front board (but no loss of fabric. Jacket has light wear to top and bottom edges, bottom corner of front flap clipped (not price clipped), small red mark on front flap.
