Kansas City: Union Bank Note Company. Fair with no dust jacket. 1911. Hardcover. Has a signed letter from the author to Dr. Walter P. Manton, who used to own the book, attached to inside front cover. Hard cover published by Union Bank Note Co. in 1911. No dust jacket. Covers have some soiling, scuffing, and foxing, and spine is faded some and part of lettering is gone. Corners of covers are bumped, with some wear. Inside front cover has a bookplate from Dr. Manton, and front endpaper has another bookplate from another owner. Upper quarter of front endpaper has been cut out, and there is a drawing of an eagle on front endpaper. Hinge is split before title page. Interior of book is in good condition. Overall the book is in fair condition. 317 pages, 1.6 lbs.; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 317 pages .
