About This Item
Washington DC: Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, 1913. First edition. Paperback. VG+. Oversize brown paper wraps. Light wear, and a bit of soiling. well bound, and very clean, short tear to rear pages, about 1/4 inch, light bump to upper corner of text block, faint. Well kept copy. This was copyrighted in 1913, I see that the common edition was issued in hardcover in 1914. An interesting pre WW 1 analysis.
