Sheet Music, Piano, vocals. 5 pages, including front cover. "Harry Von Tilzer's Most Beautiful Home Ballad" Words by Andrew B. Sterling. Back cover has ads for 2 other of Harry Von Tilzer's Two Terrific Ballad Hits. In acceptable condition. Outer cover has a 4" splits along top of fold but is still attached. Nicking, tearing and creasing to edges of pages. Previous owner's name in ink on front cover. Light overall scuffing, aging and soiling to covers as well. Interior pages are lightly aged but otherwise unmarked. NOT Ex-Library. Nice cover art by Albert Wilfred Barbelle.
