Author best known for her novell, Joanna Godden, which was made into a movie in 1947 as The Loves of Joanna Godden starring Googie Withers. Blue coverboards with gilt lettering. Includes a card laid in by publisher about this volume and confirming it is a signed, limited edition printed on mould-made paper. Top edge of text block is gilt. Light edge and surface wear to boards. Size: Sm 4to (9" to 11"). 83 pp.
