About This Item
New York: David McKay Company, 1970. 357 pages includes lyrics and sheet music. From jacket: "with over 150 selections...angry songs, humorous songs, tragic songs with the majority directly depicting American's own struggle toward social and political sanity." Weeds TV show fans might be amused by the comment on Malvina Reynolds "Little Boxes": "A very happy idea about a potentially very sad hang-up..." A wonderful collection of songs from Abraham, Martin and John to Zum Gali Gali. Ex-library with typical treatments, some blacked out. Jacket is covered with mylar and has some wear; bumped head and heal of spine and two quarter inch tears at top of spine. We noted about two dozen previously turned page corners. Thanks for shopping with us. 100% of your purchase benefits charity and supports literacy and life-long learning.. Cloth. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library.
