Program for an event that presented World War I veterans with a plan to make them owners of land and farm in the southern United States. The Congress was held under the auspices of the Southern Settlement and Development Organization; Southern Pine Association; Georgia Land Owners' Association; Florida Tick Eradication Committee; North Carolina Land Owners' Association, and Savannah Board of Trade, in co-operation with the US Department of the Interior.
