About This Item
Circa 1770 leather bound hardback as pictured. Volume 2 covers issues 81-169, dating from June 2, 1711 through September 13,1711, and includes an extensive index. The leather boards are rubbed and scuffed with considerable edge wear. The front hinge is split with the leather lifting a bit from the board. The binding is firm though the front endpapers and title page are lost. The text, which begins with the dedication page, is tanned and water stained but is unmarked and remains very readable. There is a short bookworm trail evident through the first 35 pages that does not affect readability. Your purchase helps support our small village library. s
