There is cracks to guttering with exposed netting as well. Boards have visible rubbing and notable bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends and light bleach spotting to spine.

Binding remains firm.Pages are moderately tanned and foxed. Noticeable tanning & foxing to text block edges. Boards have light edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and spine is presentable with minimal crushing and tanning. Unclipped jacket. Jacket has heavy edge-wear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing. Notable tear to front flap joint. Loss to jacket's front panel and spine head.

They had originally appeared in the Daily Express. Henry Vollam Morton [ 1892 - 1979 ] journalist and pioneering travel writer. He first achieved fame in 1923 when he covered the opening of the tomb of Tutankhamun by Howard Carter.
