Santa Barbara: Black Sparrow Press, 1982. Reprint. Hardcover. Near Fine/near fine. First Black Sparrow Press reprint edition of Bowles' 1955 novel. This copy from the clothbound trade edition. A near fine example with red cloth spine over decorated boards. The clear acetate wrapper has a small chip/tear near the base of the spine, else near fine. This copy has been INSCRIBED briefly by Bowles on the title page, dated in 1990 and noted that the inscription took place in Bowles' beloved Tangiers.
