FIRST AMERICAN EDITION 1963, PRESENTATION COPY FROM THE AUTHOR TO ERIC DINGWALL of the MAGIC CIRCLE. 8vo, 220 x 140 mm, 8¾ x 5¾ inches, frontispiece and 6 plates with 2 or 3 illustrations to each plate, pages: xix, 188 including index, original publisher's black cloth with silver lettering to spine, DUSTWRAPPER. Book is in very good clean condition, the dustwrapper has fading to spine and two small closed tears to edges. The presentation reads. " For my old friend Eric with Trevor's best wishes".
