London: Richard Bentley & Son, 1881. 370 pages in very good, clean condition. Previous owner's book plate on fep, and small stamp on ffep, title page and back free endpaper. Blue cloth with illustration and gilt titles. Corners are bumped and frayed. Fading on spine and edges. Head of spine is missing top 1/2 inch, tail is frayed. Front and back hinges are slightly loose, but binding is tight and intact. Interior of book is in very good condition, covers in poor condition. Overall, GOOD.. First U.K.. Hard Cover. Good.
