London: Thomas McLean, 1822. First Edition. Very Good. First edition. Bound in full straight-grain green morocco, stamped in blind, with raised bands and gilt tooling to spine, all edges marbled. With 19 beautiful hand-colored aquatint plates. Binding lightly scuffed, rubbed at extremities, with a 2-inch split at the top of the outer front joint, though binding remains strong. Previous owner inscription to first blank, sporadic foxing to tissue guards, and one tissue guard is lacking a corner. Contains all six numbers of [all published] of this rare sporting magazine.
