First Printing 1966. Account of the decisive battle of Kohima Ridge Burma where some 1500 British and Indian troops held at bay for a fortnight a whole Japanese division, the events leading up to and following the Seige; Slim's tactical victory at "Okydoke Pass", Wingates's Chindits and the Intelligence V Force.
