Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Overall a good condition item. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and tanning.

With minimal tanning throughout. Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Slip case is scuffed in places with minor shelf wear to edges and corners.

Small marks to boards. Slipcase has moderate edgewear with marking to panels and scuffing to edges. Splits to edges. Sticker to bottom panel. Small marks overall.

The Folio Society, 1966 hb with slipcase, green decorated cloth boards with gilt titles to spine, corners and head and foot of spine slightly rubbed and bumped, else a good clean copy, pages clean and bright, a nice tight binding, in a tan slipcase that is a little rubbed at the edges and grubby with handling.
