B. Wyndham Lewis and Ronald Searle. Large 8vo, illustrated dust jacket over black cloth boards. Gilt vignette of an angelic St Trinian on front and gilt titles on spine. Decorated endpapers. 118pp full of illustrations, both the cartoons and photographs from the films, newspaper cuttings etc. This follows the rise of St Trinians over the course of just twelve years to become part of the British consciousness. The coloured dust jacket is in poor un price-clipped condition, the inner book has a handwritten gift dedication on the reverse of the frontispiece and is in very good condition.
