Signature of Brugess Meredith on half-title. Former owner's bookplate ("Barbara Harris") on front free endpaper. No jacket. Meredith stared with Lillian Gish in this play which opened September 29th, 1937 at the Empire Theatre in New York City and ran for 223 performances.
