Some wear to all corners and spine ends, less so to edges. Gift inscription on the illustrated front free endpaper. Inside pages are unmarked, but the edges have tanned slightly. Dustjacket has edge wear, some darkening along the edges and some light soiling and rubbing. Traces the story of steam tugs, yachts, launches, and passenger ships that once plied the waters of the Muskoka and Huntsville Lake systems. This is volume one, which deals with the beginnings of the steamboat era, while timber was being produced and resorts established. Includes many black and white photographs. May require extra postage due to weight of book. .
