Contains black and white illustrations throughout, with a few photographic plates also. Pages are mildly tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Plates are bright. Binding is firm. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with minor corner bumping and crushing to ends. Spine is moderately sunned. Heavy bleaching and marking to boards, causing discolouration. Unclipped jacket. Light tanning and moderate foxing to spine and joints. Minimal edgewear with slight creasing.
