A complete instructional manual of procedure for the New York Stock Exchange. Author, Birl E. Schultz, was Dean of the NYSE Institute. He was also the father of George P. Schultz, Labor Secretary and Secretary of the Treasury during the Nixon administration, and Secretary of State under Pres. Ronald Reagan. A rare book: OCLC finds only 1 copy (Hauptbibliothek, University of Zurich).
