About This Item
New York: The Abbey Press, (1902). First Edition. Good in purple cloth covered boards with faint remnants of gilt text on the spine and with white text and illustrations on the front board. A small quarto of 7 3/4 by 5 1/4 inches with wear and rubbing to the cloth at the head and heel of the spine, to the joints and the tips of the boards. The front and rear hinges are cracked, but not separated, and there is a former owner's name in pencil on the first free end page. 204 pages of text illustrated 14 engraved plates.
