Thorough account of the failed insurrection led by British colonialist Leander Jameson against Paul Kruger's Transvaal Republic (Orange Free State & The South African Republic) over the New Years 1895-1896. Preceded only by the African edition, but nonetheless issued but one year after the incident. New enlarged and revised edition with appendices and introduction. 270 pp. plus 38 of appendices, and 12 pp. of ads. Front hinge started, but nonetheless, a very sturdy binding of orange cloth with black graphic in front.
