Small 4to; original blue boards, lettered in gilt on spine and upper cover; pp. x + 78; photographs. Cover gilt quite dull; boards lightly sunned; fore-corners a little worn. Very good condition. "The Golden Jubilee of Oranjia constitutes a notable milestone in the life of our community. Fifty years our of one hundred and twenty - the total age of South African Jewry - is a sizeable portion. But it is not the years that are of primary significance; the glory of the Jubilee is the golden content, the quality of the achievements, with which the years have been filled." - Message from the Chief Rabbi, Professor I.
