Gold lettering at spine is slightly rubbed with leather title area worn. Minor wear to edges and spine ends. Book solid and tight. Illustrated through out. Still contains fold out map at rear of volume. Index and appendix. Top pages edges gild with rough cut fore edge common for this age volume. Previous owner bookplate at pastedown. A few stray underlinings at front five or six pages otherwise unmarked. .
