George G. Harrap and Co, 1909. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1909. No Edition Remarks. 254 pages. Half bound green leather with green cloth covered boards. Contains black and white illustrated plates. Prize plate stuck to front pastedown. Pages and plates are moderately tanned and foxed throughout, heavier to endpapers. Cracking to gutters of a few pages with exposed binding. Occasional thumb-marking present. Cracking to hinges with exposed binding, causing boards to be slightly loose. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Leather peeling to edges, with scuffing and scratches overall. Minor brown marking to surfaces. Mild tanning to spine and edges.
