London: Jarrolds Publishers [1950], 1st printing. (Hardcover) 208pp. Near fine in very good dust jacket. Second state with green boards and black lettering. The front board is slightly splayed, there is minor offsetting on the endpapers and next inner page, the dust jacket is quite bright, is price-clipped (with new 6 / - price added near the clip), and has minor tears and edgewear. Also known as Edward Plunkett. (Fiction).
