About This Item
London: John Lane The Bodley Head, 1926. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Scarce first edition of this collection of true accounts from O'Donnell, which were very popular at the time (he also published works on haunted houses, famous curses, disappearances, etc.). Very good in slightly faded cloth with green borders and lettering. A few small spots of foxing to front cover, pushed at spine ends, and slightly cocked. Endpapers tanned, and ffep has former owner's gift inscription. Otherwise a clean and sound copy of a scarce collection.
