A mutilated, or misbound copy, as the first 22 pages are missing although not obviously torn out. There is also a corner missing on the frontispiece.<br/> <br/> Cable has inscribed the book: "In this copy... the villain of the book is whoever tore out the first story, called `How I Got Them.'" In a 1/2 blue morocco slipcase.<br/> <br/>
