Some of the stories collected here were previously published in The New Yorker, College Humor, Life, Judge, and Contact. 8vo., orange cloth with horizontal green strip lettered in gilt. Bookseller's stamp to ffep. Some light overall exterior soil, especially at top-edge of bookblock. Small spot of sticker residue to lower ffep. Bookplate removal residue along the gutter of the rear pastedown. Clean and fresh text. A very good copy, scarce in an edgeworn and crown-chipped dust jacket that has been tape-reinforced to the rear of the panels.
