Philadelphia: J.B. Lippincott Co., 1945 Dark red cloth covers with gilt imprinting on the spine. Minor bumping and rubbing on the corners and top and bottom spine consistent with shelfwear, else fine. The pale green dust jacket, which has green printing on the front, spine and back, shows some tanning and soiling and has chips and tears. 328 pages with 158 original illustrations and a couple of black/white pictures are clean, unmarked and with only a couple of creases, else fine. The binding is good and tight. A fine collector's edition from a non-smoking household. We ship daily.. First Edition, 3rd Printing. Cloth. Fine+/Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
